These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TruckInc Dispatch platform (the "Service") operated by TruckInc ("TruckInc," "we," "us," or "our"). TruckInc is a product of, and is owned and operated by, BytesInc. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Our order process and all payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the seller of record for every subscription purchased through this site. This means your purchase contract for the transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle — not TruckInc — handles billing, payment methods, invoicing, tax collection, refunds, and payment disputes. Your continued use of the Service itself is governed by these Terms with TruckInc.
Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as Paddle or PADDLE.NET* rather than TruckInc. Please do not report these as unrecognised charges. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering a company account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including that of any team members you invite. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. All prices are stated and charged in US Dollars (USD):
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and added by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location, and is collected and remitted by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The total payable is shown before you confirm your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, yearly plans every twelve months — at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until cancelled. Paddle will email you a receipt for each payment.
You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings, via the subscription management link in any Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us at contact@truckinc.co. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund — see our Refund Policy.
We may change subscription pricing. If a change affects your renewal price, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge over a short period and notify you. If payment remains outstanding, we may suspend access to the Service until the balance is settled, and may terminate the account if it remains unpaid.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data outside your company's account, using MC Scrubbing results for unlawful solicitation or in violation of applicable telemarketing, anti-spam, or do-not-call regulations, reverse-engineering the platform, circumventing usage limits, or reselling access without our written consent. You are responsible for ensuring your use of carrier and lead data complies with the laws that apply to your business.
You retain ownership of the operational data you enter into the Service (dispatches, carriers, invoices, employee records). You grant us a limited licence to host and process this data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload any personal data about your employees or contacts.
MC Scrubbing results are sourced from third-party FMCSA data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data, and you are responsible for verifying carrier information before entering into any business relationship.
We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that significantly reduce core functionality.
You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid past their due date. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckInc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights where they apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally. Purchases processed by Paddle are additionally subject to Paddle's own Buyer Terms.
